The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
We are keen to speak to senior banking and finance solicitors, who are driven and looking to get involved in growing a banking and finance team in either Manchester or Leeds. Our client is a leading national firm, already recognised in the banking and finance space, but having grown the offering recently, needs more entrepreneurial lawyers to keep the momentum.
You\’ll have the opportunity to work with two new partners, both joining from large international practices, and bringing extensive experience in the banking and finance space. They are now keen to speak to drive senior banking lawyer to help grow the offering in either Manchester or Leeds. You\’ll effectively be second in command in this team.
The work will include dealing with household names banks, debt funds and international banks. You\’ll also work on the borrower side with AIM listed businesses, tech and life sciences companies and RE investors. International banks operating out of London (including large US & Chinese banks) will be a key growth area.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Over 5 years PQE with experience in banking and finance; if you have a specialism within banking, that would be ideal.
- Joining from in-house or a recognised banking firm.
- Ambitious, driven and keen to get involved in business development and marketing initiatives.
