A leading UK law firm with a top tier banking and finance practice are looking for an associate to join their practice in either Birmingham or Nottingham. Their national banking and finance team advises clients on a range of financing transactions across a wide variety of sectors, often with a multi-jurisdictional element.
Their expertise extends to corporate lending, leverage finance, asset finance, real estate finance (both investment and development), project finance and invoice discounting both on a bilateral and a syndicatable basis. They work closely with some of the UK's major banks and financial institutions.
You will have spent the early part of your career in a banking and finance discipline. You will have experience liaising with borrowers, lenders and investors on the full transaction lifecycle and be confident reviewing conditions precedent and drafting security documents.
They are looking for someone with strong general banking experience, who is looking to take the next step in their career and join our market-leading team. Applicants should be within the 1-4 PQE range with experience at a reputable law firm.
