My client is a HNW practice near Alderley Edge. They are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities
- To deal with day-to-day administration involved in servicing clients and writing new business.
- Work closely with a Financial Planner and Associate Financial Planner to service a defined client bank.
- Ensure that all company processes are adhered to.
- Ensure that all communications are recorded and indexed.
- Ensure immaculate and up-to-date records on the back-office system (Curo).
- Manage and maintain a task list within Curo and Outlook.
- New business processing, completing forms and submitting to financial product providers.
- Producing valuations.
- Production of annual planning meeting preparation packs.
- General administration and processing.
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience supporting Financial Advisors.
- Ability to demonstrate ownership & independence in previous roles.
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise work effectively.
- Experience of Curo and SharePoint desirable.
- Experience of dealing with demanding clients.
- Administration experience.
- Experience of dealing with various providers desirable.
