Are you a skilled commercial insurance professional ready to take ownership of a high-value client portfolio while driving new opportunities for growth?We\’re seeking ambitious, technically proficient Commercial Account Directors who excel in building client relationships and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment.Whether you\’re an experienced professional or have a couple of years\’ experience under your belt and the drive to develop to Director level, we want to hear from you. What\’s on offer?Starting Book: Pre-built portfolios of approximately £100k – £150k in income. Targets and expectations are tailored based on portfolio size, experience and existing relationships.Compensation: Base salary to £85k (depending on experience)Competitive commission structure and one of the best benefits packages the market offers.Client Profile: Work with businesses within the Commercial, delivering tailored, strategic insurance solutions that make an impact.
