The Opportunity
Are you a senior, entrepreneurial leader in the Sport & Leisure insurance market looking for an opportunity to build and lead a national practice?
We are seeking an ambitious and growth-focused individual to become a Practice Lead for Sport & Leisure.
This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a developing specialism within a business and shape its future.

Your Role
As the Practice Lead, you will have the autonomy and support to :
- Lead and define the national industry practice for Sport & Leisure across the business.
- Drive the growth strategy for the specialism, leveraging o exclusive product to win new clients and build market share.
- Build and manage a profitable book of business, starting with a seed portfolio of c.£k-£k to develop.
- Act as the senior technical expert and thought leader for Sport & Leisure, providing expertise and guidance across the group.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan, identifying key targets, relationships, and growth opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and insurer partners.
About You
- Extensive experience and a strong network within the UK Sport & Leisure insurance sector.
- A proven track record of winning and developing business, with a clear focus on growth.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition and drive to build a niche practice.
- The ability to operate at a senior, strategic level with UK-wide influence.
- Experience with clients such as health and fitness centres, gyms, sports associations, and leisure centres is advantageous.
- Would consider applicants from the Midlands or South East Regions.
