An award-winning international law firm is seeking a talented Senior Corporate lawyer or partner to join its highly regarded London team.
The corporate group is recognised as a leader in both domestic and cross-border M&A. Acting for well-known corporates, financial sponsors and management teams, the practice is regularly instructed on high-value and complex matters. The team combines the scale and resources to handle major transactions with the agility to support clients on day-to-day matters.
With top-tier rankings in Chambers and Legal 500, the group is particularly well known for its sector expertise across technology, media, retail & consumer, business services, insurance and financial services – working with some of the largest and best-known global brands.
This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of matters, including:
- Private M&A (core focus)
