If you're an Assistant Underwriter with D&O / Management Liability experience and you're starting to think, “when do I actually get to become an Underwriter?” — this could be one to look at.
I'm working on an opportunity with a global specialty insurer where the focus isn't just on supporting Underwriters — it's on developing you into one .
You'll join an established Financial Lines team in Manchester, working alongside experienced Underwriters and getting genuine exposure to:
- D&O & Management Liability underwriting
- New business & broker relationships
- Submission through to binding
- Portfolio underwriting, volume deals & panel placements
- Developing your technical and commercial underwriting skills
The team is based in Spinningfields and operates on a hybrid basis , with a strong benefits package and bonus.
