Our client β a top-tier, international powerhouse β is looking to hire a high-calibre associate with 2β8 years\β post-qualification experience to join its market-leading Commodities & Trade Litigation team in London.
The Opportunity
You will work alongside globally renowned partners on complex, high-value disputes across the commodities and natural resources sectors. The firm advises a world-class client base of:
- Trading houses
- Energy companies
- Miners
- Financial institutions
The work spans international arbitration, High Court litigation, and regulatory investigations. Matters often involve multi-jurisdictional issues, emerging markets, and high-stakes commercial strategy.
Youβll also have the chance to work on disputes relating to:
- Physical and derivative commodity contracts
- Offtake, supply, and transport agreements
- Trade finance and fraud issues
- Energy transition and ESG-related disputes
What Theyβre Looking For
- 2β8 years PQE in a top-tier disputes team
- Strong experience in commodities litigation (essential)
