Our client – a top-tier, international powerhouse – is looking to hire a high-calibre associate with 2–8 years' post-qualification experience to join its market-leading Commodities & Trade Litigation team in London.

You will work alongside globally renowned partners on complex, high-value disputes across the commodities and natural resources sectors. The firm advises a world-class client base of:

  • Trading houses
  • Energy companies
  • Miners
  • Financial institutions

The work spans international arbitration, High Court litigation, and regulatory investigations. Matters often involve multi-jurisdictional issues, emerging markets, and high-stakes commercial strategy.

You’ll also have the chance to work on disputes relating to:

  • Physical and derivative commodity contracts
  • Offtake, supply, and transport agreements
  • Trade finance and fraud issues
  • Energy transition and ESG-related disputes
