The predicted salary is between 63000 - 77000 £ per year.

We’re partnered with a high-growth, transactional risk broking house, advising buyers and sellers on the structuring and placement of W&I, tax liability and contingent risk insurance across the UK & Europe.

Following sustained growth, they are investing heavily in their tax proposition and are looking to appoint a Lead Tax Broker with the appetite to develop into leading the group.

The opportunity is a rare route for a lawyer, accountant or tax structurer to pivot from private practice or advisory into a commercial, client-facing broking role — without leaving your technical grounding behind.

You'll work alongside a team built from corporate, private equity and tax backgrounds who have made the same move, staying close to transactions while operating from a different angle.

You will lead the origination, structuring and placement of tax insurance risks across the UK and European markets and help build out the firm's tax proposition, with a genuine path to leading the practice.

You will also develop your own network and the firm's internal relationships across underwriting, broking and legal/advisory contacts.

We're keen to speak with lawyers, accountants or tax structurers with strong technical tax experience and an established network across the tax space, gained in private practice, in-house or advisory, with the appetite to build a business.

UK or wider European market experience; relationships in jurisdictions such as Spain, Italy, France or Germany are welcomed but not essential.
