We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused individual for one of the fastest growing UK Chartered Wealth Houses, to orchestrate the Central Lead Generation function and play a key role in driving new client acquisition across the Group. This is a high-profile leadership position, responsible for ensuring a consistent flow of qualified appointments to a nationwide network of Wealth Advisers while developing a high-performing team of graduate advisers. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Marketing and Regional Leadership to maximise lead conversion, improve business performance and identify new growth opportunities. The Role

As Head of Business Solutions, you will oversee the UK's Central Lead Generation function, managing the journey from initial enquiry through to qualified adviser appointments. Leading a team of graduate advisers, you will coach and develop their conversation techniques, helping them confidently manage client enquiries, assess suitability and maximise appointment quality. You’ll also provide guidance on more complex client conversations, using your financial services knowledge to support decision-making and deliver excellent customer outcomes. Alongside leading your team, you’ll build strong relationships across the business, working collaboratively with Marketing, Regional Leadership and senior stakeholders to monitor performance, optimise lead generation activity and improve return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Customer Programme
    • Lead the Central Lead Generation function for the UK business.
    • Deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified appointments to approximately 150 Wealth Advisers nationwide.
    • Oversee the management of around 600 new client enquiries each month, ensuring timely and effective responses.
    • Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Team Leadership & Graduate Development
    • Lead, coach and develop a team of graduate advisers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
    • Support colleagues with complex client conversations, helping determine suitability for adviser appointments.
    • Develop conversation techniques, confidence and commercial awareness across the team.
    • Provide support towards professional qualifications where appropriate.
    • Represent the business at graduate recruitment events, identifying and attracting future Financial Advisers.
    • Act as the first point of contact for complaints when required.
  • Performance Management & Reporting
    • Drive performance through clear KPI management and structured coaching.
    • Produce and maintain accurate performance reporting for senior leadership and Operations Committee meetings.
    • Manage Tableau reporting to provide meaningful business insights.
    • Hold regular performance review meetings with Regional Leadership teams to assess adviser conversion and appointment outcomes.
    • Analyse acquisition costs, lead conversion and revenue generation across multiple lead sources.
  • Marketing & Business Development
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to identify new lead generation opportunities and optimise existing channels.
    • Review lead source performance and return on investment, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Own key external partnerships, including managing relationships, contract negotiations and performance with lead generation providers.
    • Ensure lead volumes and enquiry acceptance levels align with business demand.

About You

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong performance management and coaching experience.
  • Experience working within financial services, wealth management or a related sector.
  • Good understanding of financial services products and client journeys.
  • Experience analysing business performance data and using insights to drive improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable

  • Financial services or wealth management qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
  • Experience within lead generation, sales operations or client acquisition.
  • Experience working with reporting tools such as Tableau.
