We're working with a leading UK wealth management firm undergoing major transformation, and they're looking for a high-impact Senior Change Project Manager to help drive it forward. With aggressive transformation goals and critical deliverables already in motion, this is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal time. You'll play a lead role in delivering a new national advice model, spearheading a data excellence programme, and managing two large-scale integrations - all while overseeing a cross-functional team of BAs, PMs, and testers.
What They're Looking For:
- Project/change management experience, ideally within wealth management or financial services
- Deep understanding of the financial planning/advice ecosystem
- Proven experience managing large-scale change programmes, with strong governance and risk oversight
- Comfortable preparing board-level reports and executive papers
- Confident leading delivery teams and managing stakeholders across the business
- Experience in business readiness and rolling out processes across multi-regional teams
Team & Scope:
- Lead a team of ~10 (BAs, testers, PMs)
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projects
- Work closely with senior leadership and influence board-level decision-making
Package & Flexibility:
- £85k-£90k base salary (contractors may be considered for the right profile)
- Remote/flexi working + 15% - 20% of travel
