A leading international law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join its growing London-based Sanctions Practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected team advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, insurers, commodities traders, shipowners, and other major market participants on complex international sanctions matters.

Candidate Requirements

  • 6+ years' PQE gained at a leading international or specialist law firm
  • Strong experience advising on UK, EU and US sanctions regimes
  • Demonstrable expertise in financial sanctions advisory work
  • Experience in marine, shipping, trade or commodities sanctions is highly desirable
  • Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills
  • Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
