A leading international law firm with a strong global platform is seeking to expand its London Corporate team. The firm is known for delivering commercially focused advice to multinational corporates, private equity houses, growth companies and investors across a wide range of sectors. The culture is collaborative, high-performing and internationally connected.
The role sits within the firm’s well-regarded private equity team, advising an array of clients, including private equity and venture capital investors, entrepreneurs and owner-managers, senior management teams, multinational corporations, family offices and startups. This will service clients in a varied range of sectors, including technology, fintech, media, financial services, real estate, retail and leisure.
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of transactions, with genuine responsibility, strong client exposure and involvement in cross-border matters.
About You
You will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5-6 years’ PQE in corporate law. Experience gained at a reputable City, national or international firm.
