A leading city law firm with a renowned Employment Law team are recruiting into their London office. The firm is seeking a Senior Associate (5+ PQE) or Legal Director to join their growing Employment group in London.
This role is for either a Senior Associate or a Legal Director to work closely with the partners to build up this practice area over the longer term. You will advise employers and senior executives across the financial and professional services sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Advising on sensitive exits, negotiated settlements, remuneration issues, non-compete provisions, governance queries, regulatory concerns and related investigations and disciplinary processes.
- Handling grievances, drafting and reviewing employment contracts and remuneration packages.
- Managing disputes and tribunal and high court litigation.
Key Skills and Experience:
- You will be 5+ PQE (Senior Associate) or a Legal Director, with experience working mainly for senior executives, although candidates with broader experience in employment, open to pivoting into this space will also be considered.
This is a full-time position, but the firm will also consider candidates looking to work 4 days a week.
