I’m working with a highly regarded Chartered Financial Planning firm based near Shifnal who are looking to appoint a Financial Administrator to join their established client services team. This is an office-based role supporting the wider administration and sales team, playing a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent client service. You’ll gain real exposure to the financial planning process, working closely with advisers and paraplanners across a wide range of client work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and technical support to the practice

  • Pre- and post-meeting client work and CRM updates

  • Handling incoming calls and providing a professional client service
