Already steeped in maritime history, this Broker has received some recent minority investment and are now looking to grow tenfold. Today they are still a family-funded, independent business with an entrepreneurial mindset, and their ambitious growth plans are powered by investment capital that preserves their independence, culture, and core values.

You will enjoy working both strategically and operationally, whilst leading from the front from a production point of view driving growth and profitability. You'll either have a varied wholesale marine background or have specialist knowledge in either Marine Hull and Machinery, Marine Cargo, Liability, P&I, or Fine Art and Specie.

You will not be starting from scratch and will be able to capitalise on this Broker's already well-established network, including their Specialty MGA already on the ground in the US.

IDEX have partnered on a multi-year deal to support this Broker make multiple investment hires across various verticals, making a genuine statement of intent to the market that they are committed to building out their London market wholesale business.
