IDEX Consulting is a leading international recruitment firm specialising in the legal, insurance, financial services, and wealth management sectors. With an exceptional track record of placing high-calibre professionals into top-tier firms globally, we’re now looking to expand our legal recruitment team with a focused Legal Consultant for the Middle East private practice market.

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding legal division. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with law firms across the Middle East, sourcing top legal talent, and providing strategic recruitment advice to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow a desk focused on the private practice legal market across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, and wider GCC.
  • Partner with top-tier international and regional law firms to understand their hiring needs.
  • Source and place high-quality legal professionals into private practice roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Deliver a consultative and professional service, positioning IDEX as a trusted advisor in the region.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in legal recruitment or a background in law with a strong interest in recruitment.
  • Understanding of or interest in the Middle East legal market, particularly within private practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and business development skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to the region.
