An established and growing fully independent financial planning business is looking to attract experienced Financial Advisers who are interested in building their own business while having access to the infrastructure, support and expertise of a much larger organisation. The business currently supports 204 Financial Advisers, with ambitious plans to grow this to 250 Advisers.
As a self-employed Adviser, you'll have the freedom to build your own client proposition and set your own fees, whilst benefiting from a comprehensive support structure designed to allow you to focus on advising and growing your client base.
The Proposition
- Access to a significant infrastructure across paraplanning, administration, compliance and marketing, including:
- 34 Paraplanners
- 9 Support professionals
- 11 Compliance professionals
- Dedicated marketing support
- Full paraplanning and administrative functions
- Access to business consultancy and support from the owners
- A fully independent proposition
- The ability to create and set your own client fees
Earnings & Commercial Structure
The business operates a transparent revenue-share model designed to reward Advisers as they grow their business:
- 80% on revenue up to £150,000
- 85% on revenue between £150,000 and £200,000
- 90% on revenue above £200,000
- Standard RI fee applies
Business Ownership & Development
There is also an opportunity for Advisers who are particularly entrepreneurial to work more closely with the owners on business consulting opportunities. For Advisers looking to develop beyond their own client bank, there is also the potential for Advisers to become ARs together, creating opportunities to build and develop a wider advisory business alongside other experienced professionals.
Who Are They Looking For?
The opportunity would suit an experienced Financial Adviser who:
- Is already operating as a Financial Adviser and wants greater independence
- Holds the relevant Level 4 financial planning qualifications
- Has an existing client bank or demonstrable ability to develop one
- Wants greater control over their proposition and client fees
- Is entrepreneurial and commercially minded
- Values having strong paraplanning, compliance and administrative support
- Wants to build a long-term financial planning business rather than simply move into another employed role
Why Consider the Opportunity?
This is an opportunity to operate with genuine independence while retaining access to the infrastructure of a sizeable and growing financial planning business. With 204 Advisers already within the network and plans to reach 250, alongside dedicated paraplanning, support, compliance and marketing functions, Advisers can focus their time on what matters most, servicing clients, developing relationships and growing their business. For the right individual, there is also scope to develop beyond being a sole Adviser through business consulting and potential opportunities to build an AR structure with other Advisers.
