As Senior Manager, you’ll oversee performance, regulatory compliance, and development across a team of Financial Advisers. Through one-to-one coaching, client observation, data analysis, and strategic planning, you’ll enable your team to deliver outstanding financial advice and client service.
What You’ll Bring- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (DipPFS) – essential
- J07 or equivalent – desirable
- Proven experience managing and coaching Financial Advisers
- Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
- Adaptable leadership style to support varied experience levels
- Deep understanding of the advisory process and FCA requirements
- Develop business plans and set individual objectives
- Coach and mentor to enhance adviser capability and outcomes
- Take ownership of team performance against business goals
