A growing Lloyd’s Managing Agent is seeking a proactive and analytical Risk Analyst to join its close-knit Risk team. With big plans and a collaborative culture, this is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with all aspects of risk management while building meaningful relationships across the business.
Working closely with the Risk Manager and the wider executive team, you’ll support the development and embedding of the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework across the company’s syndicate and corporate platforms. This is a highly visible role, ideal for someone who thrives in a broad, fast-paced environment, with exposure to everything from technical reporting to strategic conversations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating the Risk Register and supporting the RCSA process
- Producing risk MI and reports for committees, board packs, and regulators
- Supporting the ORSA process, including coordination of risk inputs and documentation
- Facilitating risk workshops and engaging with stakeholders across underwriting, finance, operations, compliance, and more
- Supporting stress and scenario testing, and risk appetite monitoring
- Helping drive awareness of risk throughout the business
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years' experience in risk, compliance, actuarial, or internal audit within (re)insurance or financial services
- Exposure to Lloyd’s or PRA regulatory expectations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills—you’ll be talking to everyone from junior staff to ExCo
- Strong attention to detail, plus confidence working with data and reporting tools
- A hands-on, team-oriented mindset and the desire to contribute beyond your job title
