We are seeking a talented and ambitious Restructuring Associate (3-7 PQE) to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you will play a vital role in advising clients on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, working alongside leading partners and senior associates.

What You Will Do
- Advise clients on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including schemes of arrangement, administrations, liquidations, and cross-border restructurings
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, such as restructuring plans, sale and purchase agreements, and intercreditor agreements
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare detailed legal analysis
- Assist with client meetings, presentations, and pitches
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in restructuring and insolvency law
What You Bring
- 3-7 years of PQE experience in restructuring and insolvency law
- A strong academic background in law
- A proven ability to deliver high-quality legal work under pressure
