A UK national law firm is looking to hire a Restructuring Associate (2–6 PQE) into its London office at an exciting stage of growth.
You will work as part of a nationally integrated restructuring practice, advising across the full spectrum of distressed and special situations work—from solvent exits to complex insolvencies and turnaround mandates, advising a broad range of clients including lenders, sponsors, corporates and investors.
Your work will include:
- Debt restructurings and lender negotiations
- Liquidity solutions and working capital strategies
- Liability management and covenant analysis
- Alternative financing (ABL, mezzanine, PIK)
