The Role
Working closely with Account Directors and regional teams, you will lead on significant corporate and complex insurance programmes, bringing technical expertise and strong market relationships to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex, high-value corporate insurance placements across the region.
- Building and strengthening insurer relationships to negotiate competitive terms.
- Supporting Account Directors in senior client meetings and providing technical broking expertise.
- Developing effective insurance solutions for large and sophisticated clients.
- Supporting regional teams, driving technical standards and overall broking performance.
- Helping strengthen the broker's regional presence and drive continued growth.
About You
You'll be an experienced senior broking professional with:
- A strong background in complex corporate or large commercial insurance.
- Established insurer relationships and excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and placement expertise.
- Confidence dealing with senior clients and key decision-makers.
- The ability to influence, support and bring teams together.
- A commercial mindset and ambition to make a wider business impact.
