About the Firm
A leading international law firm with a reputation for excellence across Real Estate, Asset Management, M&A and other core sectors, are looking for ambitious Real Estate Associates (3–5 years’ PQE) to join their market-leading London practice.
About the Role
You’ll work directly with partners on high-profile transactions, taking early responsibility and building lasting client relationships across a wide range of sectors. As part of the team, you will advise on the full life cycle of property matters, including:
- Development and investment transactions
- Landlord & tenant issues
- Property financing and refinancings
- Sale & leasebacks, joint ventures and asset management agreements
- Planning, environmental and construction issues (with specialists)
This will service clients who include major property companies, institutional investors, banks, hotel groups, public sector organisations and corporate occupiers.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial real estate at a leading firm
- Experience of investment, landlord & tenant, asset management and ideally development work
