IDEX are partnering with a leading UK law firm, with a strong reputation in the South West and London for their Real Estate practice. The team provides a comprehensive range of services to individuals, businesses, and institutional clients, and they are now seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Associate to join their growing team.
The Real Estate team act on a full spectrum of Commercial Property matters, with this role having a specific focus on Asset Management work, offering you access to a caseload of high value and high profile matters on a national scale.
You will be involved in all aspects of asset management, from advising clients on acquiring, managing, and disposing of real estate to helping them plan for the future and providing innovative solutions, working closely with the Planning, Construction and Property disputes teams.
The ideal candidate will be between 2-5 PQE with experience with Real Estate matters, with some experience within Asset Management being essential.
