We are working with a leading independent insurance broker that is expanding its specialist property & real estate division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, supportive team and work with a diverse portfolio of property clients - including landlords, developers, managing agents, and real estate investors.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day servicing of property and real estate insurance accounts
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business processing
- Liaise with insurers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure competitive coverage
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Build strong relationships with clients, Account Executives, and underwriters
- Support the wider team with placement strategies and client communication
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Account Handler in commercial insurance (property or real estate experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of property-related risks and insurance products
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator
