Already a recognised name in the real estate market, the firm is now expanding its London and South East footprint — creating a key role for an ambitious Account Executive to help drive this next phase of growth.
You\’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that believes great insurance is built on trust, partnership, and insight — not just policies.
The Role
You\’ll take the lead in managing and developing relationships across the real estate and property investment sectors , working with a diverse client base that includes investors, developers, managing agents and asset managers.
This is both a strategic and hands‐on role: you\’ll have the opportunity to grow your own portfolio, contribute to the firm\’s market presence, and shape a growing area of focus within an already well‐established brokerage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with real estate clients across London and the South East
Build and grow a profitable portfolio, ensuring excellent client retention and satisfaction
Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and referrals
Design and place tailored insurance programmes for complex real estate and property risks
Negotiate with underwriters to secure competitive terms and comprehensive coverage
Work closely with internal Account Handlers and technical teams to deliver exceptional service
Play an active role in the continued development of the firm\’s real estate proposition
About You
Proven experience as an Account Executive or Senior Account Handler within real estate or property insurance
Strong technical understanding of property owners, liability, development and construction risks
Confident communicator with a consultative, relationship‐led approach
Skilled at both business development and managing established accounts
Cert CII (or working towards) preferred – full study and qualification support available
