An excellent opportunity for an experienced Pensions Operations Manager to take responsibility for a DC Master Trust Member Administration team within a leading pensions organisation.

We’re looking for a strong operational leader with extensive Defined Contribution (DC) pensions experience, excellent people management skills and a track record of delivering high-quality pension administration services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and develop DC pension administration teams
  • Drive service quality, operational efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Oversee quality assurance, complaints and complex DC administration
  • Coach and develop managers and their teams
  • Manage performance, recruitment and people-related matters
  • Improve processes, systems and ways of working
  • Support client relationships and stakeholder meetings
  • Contribute to new business and wider change initiatives

What you’ll need:

  • Extensive DC pensions administration experience
  • Proven pensions operations/administration management experience
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge of DC administration
  • Good understanding of DC scheme governance and compliance
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of DC Master Trust governance would be beneficial but not essential
  • APMI is desirable, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered
