An excellent opportunity for an experienced Pensions Operations Manager to take responsibility for a DC Master Trust Member Administration team within a leading pensions organisation.
We’re looking for a strong operational leader with extensive Defined Contribution (DC) pensions experience, excellent people management skills and a track record of delivering high-quality pension administration services.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and develop DC pension administration teams
- Drive service quality, operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Oversee quality assurance, complaints and complex DC administration
- Coach and develop managers and their teams
- Manage performance, recruitment and people-related matters
- Improve processes, systems and ways of working
- Support client relationships and stakeholder meetings
- Contribute to new business and wider change initiatives
What you’ll need:
- Extensive DC pensions administration experience
- Proven pensions operations/administration management experience
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent technical knowledge of DC administration
- Good understanding of DC scheme governance and compliance
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of DC Master Trust governance would be beneficial but not essential
- APMI is desirable, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered
