This isn’t a “just send the slip out and hope for the best” placement job.

It’s complex programme design. Market negotiation. High-level advisory work for corporate clients who expect a lot—because they pay for it.

If you like solving tricky placement puzzles, enjoy getting in front of clients, and want to be the go-to person your market listens to—this is it.

What You’ll Do

  • Own large and complex P&C programmes
  • Lead insurer relationships and placement strategy
  • Work alongside client leads to deliver placements that are both technically tight and commercially sharp
  • Play a big part in market-facing projects and placement solutions

Your clients? Mid-market through to major corporates. Some with multinationals. Some with niche, specialist risks. You’ll have technical brokers, account directors, and insurer partners in your corner.

Why Here?

Not a slow-moving corporate.

Not 15 sign-offs before you can get a quote out.

This is a national brand with proper resources—but run with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset. Decisions are quick. People are empowered. The placement model is collaborative and modern.

What You’ll Need

  • Solid corporate/large commercial broking background (Property & Casualty)
  • Strong technical knowledge and insurer relationships
  • Confidence advising senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, solutions-first approach to complex risks

Experience with multinational programmes or specialist sectors (real estate, construction, retail) would be handy.

What’s on Offer

  • Up to ÂŁ75k + bonus + benefits
  • Clear progression route and bigger influence in the market
  • Supportive leadership and ambitious growth plans
