The Role
You will work closely with top-ranked trial lawyers on major commercial disputes and arbitrations.
Expect high-impact exposure across:
- Pre-action strategy, injunctions & mediations
- Pleadings, applications & hearings
- Disclosure, research & client communications
- Witness & expert statements
- Trial prep & overall case strategy
You\'ll gain hands-on responsibility from day one in a dynamic, high-achieving disputes team.
About You:
- You will be a qualified solicitor (E&W), with 2–5 PQE in commercial litigation, with experience acting for both claimants & defendants.
- Additionally you will have experience with injunctions, mediation, pleadings & hearings
