Role Overview: As a Paraplanner Manager , you will oversee and manage a team of Paraplanners to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, compliant, and efficient financial planning service. The role includes: Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Conduct 1:1s, appraisals, and performance management for Paraplanners. Oversee work-flow management and collaboration between Paraplanners, Advisers, and management.
