Are you a Paralegal looking to specialise in civil litigation — or take the next step towards qualifying as a solicitor? We’re working exclusively with a rapidly growing legal services business that’s building out its litigation team and offering multiple opportunities for litigation Paralegals to join its registered law firm. The key here; you\'ll have a clear, supported pathway to solicitor qualification.
What you\'ll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of landlord and tenant disputes
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex litigation matters
- Drafting legal documents, progressing cases, and liaising with clients
- Gaining hands-on experience that directly supports your route to qualification
- Civil litigation experience – or retrain from another area
- Structured training to help you qualify as a solicitor (including SQE support)
- Hybrid working (Lincoln-based team with remote flexibility)
- Collaborative legal team of 20+ professionals
