Our client, a highly regarded wealth management firm, is seeking a Wealth Manager to join its established Norwich office.
This is an excellent opportunity to inherit momentum within a successful team that is approaching client capacity.
With a healthy pipeline of client opportunities, there is significant potential to develop relationships from day one rather than starting from scratch.
The office also has a clear focus on long-term succession planning, making this an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Investment professional looking to build a sustainable, long-term career within a prestigious organisation.
Working with HNW and UHNW individuals, you will deliver bespoke wealth management advice while developing long-lasting client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
The Role
As a Wealth Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of private clients, providing holistic wealth management solutions tailored to their individual needs and objectives.
You'll work collaboratively with specialists across investments, financial planning and lending to deliver an exceptional client experience while identifying opportunities to grow both client relationships and assets under management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite and personal circumstances to provide tailored advice.
- Conduct regular client reviews and ensure portfolios remain aligned with clients' objectives.
- Develop new business through referrals, professional networks and introducer relationships.
- Grow assets under management and contribute to the wider commercial success of the office.
- Work alongside investment, lending and planning specialists to deliver integrated wealth management solutions.
- Deliver an exceptional level of client service through proactive communication and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure all advice and client activity complies with FCA regulations and internal governance standards.
- Maintain accurate client records and complete all suitability and regulatory documentation.
About You
We're looking for an Investment Manager or Wealth Manager/Private Banker with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
You'll ideally have
- Experience within private banking, wealth management or financial advice.
- A strong track record of managing relationships with affluent, HNW or UHNW clients.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
- A sound understanding of investment solutions and wider wealth management services.
- Achieved either the CISI Level 6 PCIAM or Level 7 CWM qualifications.
- What's on Offer
- The opportunity to join a respected and growing private wealth business.
- Access to an established office with strong referral opportunities and significant capacity for new client relationships.
- A long-term career opportunity supported by succession planning within the Norwich team.
