Fixed Term Contract - Immediate Requirement
Here at Idex, we are looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Executive to support our marketing activity during a maternity cover period. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in marketing and communications and keen to develop their skills in a hands‑on role. You don’t need extensive prior marketing experience - what matters most is a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. However, 1-2 years of marketing experience would be advantageous. Experience with Force24 and the ability to manage email automations is highly desirable.
You will work closely with the marketing team, consultants, and external partners to support campaigns, manage digital channels, and help ensure marketing activity runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the creation, build and delivery of newsletters and email campaigns
- Writing and editing email copy and managing campaign links and tracking
- Scheduling and testing campaigns before launch
- Creating and scheduling social media content using existing templates and designs
- Writing post copy and building tracked links
- Supporting the planning and scheduling of content in advance
- Assisting with the delivery of marketing campaigns including landing pages, forms and email builds
- Supporting key campaigns such as the annual salary guide
- Managing the daily marketing lead inbox
- Passing leads to consultants and maintaining accurate records and reporting
- Uploading blogs, newsletters and website content
- Updating consultant profiles and supporting general website maintenance
- Managing marketing requests from consultants
- Coordinating design requests with the internal design team
- Creating tracked links across marketing channels
- Supporting the production of marketing performance reports for internal teams and clients
What we need from you
- Ideally 1-2 years of marketing experience
- Experience with Force24 and managing email automations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Interest in marketing and digital content
- Proactive and willing to learn new tools and systems
This role will be a mix of both home and office working, however we are flexible on location. You will be joining an entrepreneurial business who provide Talent, Advisory Services and M&A to clients across General Insurance, Legal and Financial Services.
