Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for an assigned client portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams
• Support the administration of pension and personal wealth cases, providing key insights to specialist teams
• Proactively manage client affairs, monitor progress and ensure timely resolution of requests
• Prepare documentation, reports and communications for client meetings and reviews
• Handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate client files and manage workflows efficiently
• Ensure all activities comply with internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
• Plan and prioritise workload to meet agreed service standards
