A high-growth, ambitious broking house is looking for a driven Producer to build and develop a client base across the private equity, legal and corporate finance communities. This is a new business-focused role targeting the SME and mid-market segment — a space where relationships, speed and technical credibility win mandates.
This is a rare chance to join a platform with genuine momentum and the backing to support revenue generation. You'll have the infrastructure, product breadth and market access to compete for meaningful business — and the autonomy to build your book the way you want to build it.
Private equity funds, law firms, corporate finance advisers and their portfolio companies all need broking support that understands the pace and complexity of transactional environments.
- Originating and developing new client relationships across private equity funds, M&A legal practices and corporate finance advisers.
- Arranging the placement of commercial and corporate insurance products across a range of lines relevant to the PE and mid-market space.
- Working closely with deal teams and advisers to embed yourself as the go-to broking contact across transactions and portfolio activity.
- Managing the full client relationship from first introduction through to placement, renewal and growth.
Existing relationships across private equity funds, law firms, corporate finance advisers and M&A practitioners are what will define success in this role. Insurance experience is useful but secondary as the network and credibility within it is the driver; the technical piece that can be supported.
This is a high-growth platform with real appetite to invest behind the right people — including equity participation for those who help shape what this business becomes.
