This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading music and entertainment practice, working alongside highly ranked partners and advising a wide range of clients, including major and independent labels, publishers, artists, songwriters, producers, and digital music platforms.
The role covers a broad spectrum of music industry matters, including:
- recording, publishing, distribution, management and production agreements
- live events
- merchandising
- sponsorship and endorsement deals
- digital content licensing
- music rights exploitation across film, television, gaming and theatre
- corporate structuring
A qualified lawyer with 5-7 years’ PQE with experience and understanding of the music industry is required.
A proven track record gained in private practice or an in-house role servicing clients in the music sector is essential.
