I'm working on a Head of Corporate Healthcare opportunity with a leading Employee Benefits consultancy (London based 1-2 times per week). This could be a great next step for an established Principal who has experience mentoring others and is ready to take on more leadership responsibility, or someone already in a leadership role who's looking for a new challenge.
The role calls for strong technical knowledge of the corporate healthcare market, a commercial mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities across healthcare and the wider group.
You'll also manage strategic insurer relationships and build on the business's already strong market presence, finding new ways to raise its profile and strengthen its position in the market.
