Someone has to build the machine behind it. As the group has expanded, the next challenge is making sure its commercial capability grows with it. Some regions have brilliant commercial instincts but need help turning them into a plan. You'll sit alongside Financial Planning Directors and Heads of Advice, turning "we want to grow" into clear commercial plans with real priorities, measures and owners. You'll help regions identify where the opportunity actually sits - whether that's adviser productivity, conversion, client opportunities, referrals or wider organic growth - and build the routines that turn those opportunities into revenue. That means creating the commercial habits behind sustainable growth: the reviews, MI, playbooks and accountability that help regional teams perform better without making them feel centrally managed. And you'll track what's genuinely working, so the good ideas travel across the group and the bad ones don't get repeated ten times over. Someone who's led growth, distribution or sales within wealth management or financial planning and has actually built commercial plans and made them stick across multiple sites or regions. You'll report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with Financial Planning Directors, Heads of Advice and the central commercial team.
