We’re working with a leading international law firm that is looking to hire an exceptional Private Funds Associate (4–6 PQE) into its London office. This is an opportunity to join a top-tier global funds practice advising premier asset managers, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors on the formation, structuring, fundraising, and operation of sophisticated private investment funds across multiple asset classes.

The team is particularly active across:

  • Private equity
  • Infrastructure
  • Credit/direct lending
  • Real estate
  • Venture capital and growth strategies
  • Secondaries and continuation vehicles

The role will involve:

  • Fund formation and structuring
  • Sponsor-side fundraising work
  • Negotiating LPAs, side letters, and subscription documents
  • Advising on co-investments and GP-led transactions
  • Cross-border mandates involving European and offshore structures
  • Strategic advisory work for investment management platforms

Candidates should ideally have:
