A leading elite US law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (6–8 PQE) to join its prestigious Fund Finance team in London. This is a high-profile opportunity to work on sophisticated lender-side fund finance transactions for some of the world’s leading private equity and alternative investment clients.
About the Role
- Advise on the full spectrum of lender-side fund finance products, including subscription credit facilities, hybrid facilities, NAV-based facilities, and co-invest financings.
- Work closely with a team of top-tier partners on high-value, complex transactions.
- Take responsibility for managing deal execution, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and mentoring junior associates.
- Participate in strategic business development and client relationship initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- 6–7 PQE with solid experience on the lender side of fund finance transactions.
- Demonstrable expertise across the full range of fund finance products.
- Strong academic credentials (first-class degree or equivalent; Oxbridge or Ivy League preferred).
- Experience at a top-tier law firm, preferably with US or international fund finance exposure.
- Excellent commercial judgment, drafting, and client-facing skills.
