About the Team

The team advises on a broad range of matters, including:
- Complex commercial contracts across the energy sector (e.g. power purchase agreements, fuel supply agreements, and industry codes)
- Energy and infrastructure projects, including development, financing, and disposals
- Structuring projects and supporting corporate and finance transactions
- Regulatory advisory work affecting energy market participants
Clients include governments, regulators, utilities, developers, network operators, suppliers, and major corporates. The culture is inclusive, non-hierarchical, and genuinely collaborative, with lawyers working closely across disciplines to deliver seamless client service.
The Role
This is a client-facing role offering early responsibility and the opportunity to build strong client relationships. You will:

About You
Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE. Strong academic background. Solid experience in commercial contracts (essential). Some exposure to the energy sector preferred. Excellent research and drafting skills, with the ability to deliver concise, practical advice. A pragmatic, commercially minded approach and willingness to develop within a specialist sector.
