The team advises on a broad range of matters, including:
- Complex commercial contracts across the energy sector (e.g. power purchase agreements, fuel supply agreements, and industry codes)
- Energy and infrastructure projects, including development, financing, and disposals
- Structuring projects and supporting corporate and finance transactions
- Regulatory advisory work affecting energy market participants
Clients include governments, regulators, utilities, developers, network operators, suppliers, and major corporates. The culture is inclusive, non-hierarchical, and genuinely collaborative, with lawyers working closely across disciplines to deliver seamless client service.
The Role
This is a client-facing role offering early responsibility and the opportunity to build strong client relationships. You will:

About You
