We’re working with a top-tier international law firm that’s looking to hire a Derivatives & Structured Products Associate into its highly regarded Debt Capital Markets team in London. This is a standout opportunity to join a globally integrated practice known for handling complex, high-value structured finance and derivatives transactions for leading financial institutions and corporates worldwide.
You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team advising on a wide range of sophisticated matters across structured finance and derivatives. The role offers genuine exposure to complex cross-border work, strong partner access, and excellent long-term development prospects. The team values technical excellence, commercial awareness, and a genuinely supportive culture.
Key Areas of Work
- On- and off-balance sheet structured products programmes
- Securitised and OTC derivatives
- Hedging arrangements linked to structured finance transactions
- Structured repo and securities lending transactions
- Repackagings
- Regulatory advice relating to the above
