A highly rated, award-winning UK law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate lawyer to join its growing team in Bristol or Oxford.
Company overview: With a national corporate practice of over 70 lawyers across multiple UK offices, the team advises a broad client base including entrepreneurs, SMEs, financial institutions, private equity-backed businesses and FTSE 100 companies. The practice is known for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice on complex and strategic transactions, while maintaining a strong local presence and an international outlook.
The Opportunity: The Corporate team is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking to recruit an ambitious Managing Associate, Director or Partner (title dependent on experience). Lawyers with 4+ years' PQE are encouraged to apply, though candidates with more senior experience will also be considered.
You will work on a wide range of corporate matters including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Fundraising and private equity transactions
- Shareholder and investment agreements
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
- Joint ventures and strategic investments
