This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected team advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, insurers, commodities traders, shipowners, and other major market participants on complex international sanctions matters.
- Financial sanctions compliance, risk assessments, licensing and transactional analysis
- Marine and shipping sanctions matters involving shipowners, charterers, insurers and commodities traders
- Internal investigations, enforcement matters and regulatory engagement
- Drafting sanctions-related contractual protections and compliance frameworks
- Advising clients on evolving geopolitical and regulatory developments
6+ years' PQE gained at a leading international or specialist law firm
- Demonstrable expertise in financial sanctions advisory work
- Experience in marine, shipping, trade or commodities sanctions is highly desirable
