An elite international law firm is seeking a talented disputes lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate and Commercial Disputes team. The team advises on the full spectrum of contentious matters, including High Court litigation, international and domestic arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The work is truly international and multi-jurisdictional, often involving the management of complex proceedings across multiple legal systems.
The team is renowned for its depth and versatility, with particular strength in:
- Banking and financial services litigation and regulation
- Competition and fund litigation
- Shareholder and corporate disputes
- Professional and management liability
- Sanctions-related disputes
The Opportunity: You'll be part of a first-class disputes practice working on sophisticated, often high-value matters for an exceptional client base. This role offers the chance to take ownership of complex cases, lead on strategic decision-making, and contribute to the development of junior team members.
Ideal Candidate: Bring significant post-qualification experience gained within a leading litigation practice, ideally covering one or more of the following areas:
- Shareholder, joint-venture, and private equity disputes
- Banking, funds, and finance disputes (including derivatives and structured finance)
- Professional services and negligence claims (investment management, legal, accounting, audit)

- Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen
- Ability to draft complex documents and deliver creative, pragmatic advice
- Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering commercially focused outcomes
