We are working with a growing law firm seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor, with a skillset in contentious landlord and tenant matters to join their team. Whilst being a Civil Litigation Solicitor in this busy team, you'll benefit from zero chargeable hours and the ability to work remotely. You'll be focused on dealing with claims that have a focus on contentious landlord and tenant matters.
As the Civil Litigation Solicitor in this team, you’ll play a key role in managing a range of contentious landlord and tenant cases. Keep up-to-date with changes in landlord and tenant law, and provide training and updates to the team where necessary.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, with the ability to make strategic decisions when it comes to litigation and the litigious process.
