A specialist disputes law firm is seeking a 2-4 PQE International Arbitration Associate to join their London office. The firm is looking for ambitious associates with solid arbitration experience to join their growing team.
As part of the role, you will specialise in high value and complex international cases, all of which feature international elements, including commercial and investment treaty arbitration work across various jurisdictions, in particular the UK, India, Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States. The team also advises on arbitration-related litigation before the English courts and the enforcement of arbitral awards overseas.
You will be a 2-4 PQE qualified lawyer with prior experience working in an international arbitration department of a reputable law firm. You will have a degree of familiarity with the 1996 Arbitration Act and the rules of key arbitration institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and ICSID.
This role offers the opportunity to act in some of the most technically demanding and high profile arbitration matters, with market-wide significance. You will join a firm with an entrepreneurial platform that will provide the tools, development, and pathway for your success.
